When we read “to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life.” We might be tempted to wonder whether our actions are what determine our future destination.

In Romans 8:1 a few translations read, "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." (KJV 1900) Most more modern translations read, "Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus." (NASB)

Some have called this “the upside-down Kingdom”, but it is more accurate to say that we live in an upside-down world. The Kingdom of God is right-side up.
