Prophesy or Fortune Telling

Prophesy or Fortune Telling

Anyone who says that God has given them a prophecy for you can safely be ignored.

This sort of thing is simply not Biblical. Nowhere outside the record of the Hebrew nation in the Old Covenant do we ever see a single prophecy given to an individual. This is fortune telling and nothing more. It is the vain imaginings of someone’s puffed-up mind.

Rest in Father’s arms. Fear does not come from God; every good and perfect gift comes from Him. He has not given us a spirit of fear.

2 Timothy 1:7 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” (KJV 1900)

Romans 8:15 “For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons and daughters by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!” (NASB 2020)

Rest in His peace, dear one.

Are you angry? I can certainly understand your anger, and I believe Jesus shares it. I share it with you.

He is the God who makes a way where there is no way.
He is the God who promises never to leave or forsake you.
He is the God who is one spirit with you.
He is the God who is in you, and in Whom you live, move, and exist.
He is the God who provides because He is The Source.

I pray that the peace of God will pervade your soul, my friend. May the God of all comfort meet your every need, and may He settle your mind. I pray that you will be strengthened by His Spirit in your inner self and that the love of God will be evident to you as you heal from the damage this nonsense has caused.
